Itinerary

Day 1 Tuesday
Depart USA.

Day 2 Wednesday
Cross the International Dateline and “lose” a day.

Day 3 Thursday
Upon arrival, you are transferred to Port Denarau to board the “Spirit of the Pacific.” Set sail for the Safari Village on Drawaqa Island, where you will stay in an island bungalow. The balance of the day is at leisure. (L,D)

Day 4 Friday
Take an early morning trek, then sail north for fishing, snorkeling and swimming. Return to Drawaqa Island for an evening barbecue. (B,L,D)

Day 5 Saturday
Morning at leisure. This afternoon, sail to a traditional island village for a welcome ceremony. Return to Drawaqa Island for a special Fijian dinner. (B,L,D)

Day 6 Sunday
Depart your island home and sail back to Port Denarau. From here, transfer to the Outrigger Reef Resort. (B,L)

Day 7 Monday
Enjoy a buffet breakfast at a hotel restaurant. Set off in a 4WD to discover the Eco Challenge Trail. You will travel as close as possible to the most interesting segments of the race treks, including the mountain treks, overhanging cliffs, rivers and villages. Return to your hotel for a free evening. (B,L)

Day 8 Tuesday
Enjoy a buffet breakfast at a hotel restaurant. Today is free before your transfer to Nadi Airport. (B)
